More than a year ago, Lincolnwood Library embarked on an exciting journey to chart our course for the next three years. This process involved conducting comprehensive surveys of library staff, interviews with the Library Board, and gathering community input through both online and in-person surveys. Guided by a strategic planning committee and supported by an experienced consultant, we meticulously analyzed the gathered data to identify three overarching goals that now serve as the cornerstone of our future initiatives. Subsequently, we devised comprehensive strategies and outlined measurable objectives for each goal. Additionally, we developed a detailed operational framework to empower our staff in effectively executing these strategies. We are excited to unveil our strategic plan to the community.
