Print, Copy, Scan & Fax


Printing is available from library computers, from home, or on the go!

  • Use the wireless print site to submit your print jobs from home or anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Or download the ePrintit app for your device:  Apple | Android.

Black & white and color printing is available with 8.5″x11″ paper.

Unclaimed print jobs are erased after 24 hours.


$15 of printing/copying credit is available at the start of each year on your Lincolnwood Library resident or corporate card.

  • Black & White prints/copies – $0.10 per page side
  • Color prints/copies – $0.40 per page side
  • Scanning (to email, USB, mobile device) – Free
  • Faxing – Free

Payment Options

The print payment stations will accept coins (nickels, dimes, quarters) and $1 bills.

Library Card
Preload your library card at any print release station by scanning your card, adding change or bills to the machine, and pressing “recharge my account.”

Credit or debit cards
Submit your print jobs and pick them up at the payment stations. Just swipe, insert, or tap your Mastercard or Visa to pay for your jobs. If you have Apple Pay or Android Pay, tap your device.

Wireless Printing

Wireless printing is available whether you’re inside the library, at home, or anywhere!

Option 1: Visit the library print site.

  1. Upload your document(s).
  2. Adjust print settings including selecting black and white or color printing.
  3. Type your library card number or enter a name.
  4. Send the job.
  5. Go to the printer and scan your library card or enter the name.
  6. Pay for your job and collect your document.

Option 2: To print an email message or attachment, forward your email to one of the following email addresses:

  2. You will receive a confirmation email.
  3. Go to the printer and type in your username (If your email address is, you would type in “address” without the quotes at the printer release station.)
  4. Pay for your job and collect your document.

Copy, Scan, Fax

An all-in-one copy, scan, fax station is located in the Adult Services Department.


The copier can duplicate black and white or color pages. It has options for previewing, multiple copies, scanning IDs, copying double sided documents, and more.


Scan your documents to several different locations. All scanning options are free.

  • Scan-to-USB flash drive
  • Scan-to-Email
  • Scan-to-One Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox Internet services (login required)
  • Send to your mobile device via QR code.
  • Restore pictures
  • Scan-Text-to-Audio to hear your documents read out loud
  • Scan to Text Translation


Scan your document(s) using either our flatbed or feeder scanner. Customize settings including if you want a confirmation email and a cover page, and type in the fax number.
