Have you been amazed by the stunning cheese and charcuterie boards all over Instagram? Learn how to create your own picture-perfect spread—just in time for holiday entertaining—with culinary instructor and cookbook author Emily Paster. Emily will demonstrate how to shop for and assemble a beautiful and balanced board, including selecting cheeses, pairing meats with fruits and nuts, and arranging everything for visual appeal. Participants will also have the opportunity to sample selections from the completed board. Allergy Warning: Certain food items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk.
